On the date listed above, at approximately 12:24 p.m., the seven Mexican nationals featured below committed a gunpoint smash and grab robbery of a jewelry store. The subjects each paid $4,500 to be smuggled into the United States from Mexico. They were apprehended at the scene of the crime.
Two of the suspects arrested for this robbery were also involved in another jewelry store robbery involving nine men that occurred on June 17, 2015.
Brayan Oliver Melchor, 23 and Abner Zepeda Posos, 24, were arrested for the 2015 robbery. Posos and Melchor were convicted for� that robbery in 2016 and were subsequently released from prison in December of 2017.
