On the date listed above, 84-year-old Frank Minera, was arrested eight months after he committed a robbery at a jewelry store in Park Ridge, IL on November 19, 2020.
On the date of the robbery, Minera allegedly conversed with employees, then pulled out his pistol and proceeded to take diamonds valued at approximately $106,000. Minera was charged with exacerbated robbery and felony theft.
