86-Year-Old International Jewel Thief Arrested

On 12/13/16, Doris Payne, 86, was arrested in Dunwoody, GA for stealing a necklace.

The Jewelers’ Security Alliance, had� featured Doris Payne in bulletins as early as the 1970’s.
