GRAB AND RUN – PORT ARTHUR, TX

On 6/20/16, at approximately 6:20 p.m., a subject asked to see wedding sets. He spent twenty to thirty minutes in the location. When the sales associate took a piece from the case and had it in her hand, the subject asked if he could see how heavy it was. She gave it to him and he then fled from the location with the set. The subject was described as an African American in his late 20’s. He is 5’11 and weighs 200lbs. He has very short hair and wore sunglasses with a navy blue thermal type shirt. He also wore jeans and work boots. He looked as if he were coming from work.
