On 8/12/16, at approximately 4:45 p.m., a subject inquired about men’s rings. The subject selected a ring. The sales associate turned away to process the transaction. When the associate turned back around, the ring was gone. The subject stated he returned it to the sales associate, however, he did not. The subject was described as a Black male with a thin build. He is approximately 5’8.†He has black hair and wore blue jeans and a white t-shirt.
