On 8/21/16, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a female suspect was being assisted by a sales associate. The suspect had two minor children with her. After viewing several pieces of jewelry, the suspect left without making a purchase. The sales associate realized that the suspect did not return a bracelet she was presented. The suspect was described as a Black female in her late 40’s. She is 5’4†and has brown/blonde hair.
