On 03/27/2024, at 4:00 p.m., a male subject approached a mall’s jewelry kiosk and asked about a gold chain. After the associate took one out, he asked for another one, she handed him a gold curblink with diamonds. As soon as the subject had the chain in his hand, he turned and ran away. Davenport Police were called.
The subject was described as being a 28-year-old Black male. He is 5’6″ and weighs 140 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black beanie.
