On 12/9/16, at approximately 2:10 p.m., a suspect inquired about gold chains. He stated that he wanted to try on a chain. The sales associate placed the chain around his neck. At that point, the suspect said he would also like to see a bracelet. The sales associate then gave him a bracelet. The suspect then ran from the store. He was described as a Black male in his late 20’s. He was last seen wearing a burgundy plaid shirt, carhart jacket and baseball cap. The suspect also has a tattoo on the left side of his neck that says “Truly Blessed.†If you have any information regarding the identity of this individual, please contact the Huntsville Police Department at 256-427-7800.
