GRAB AND RUN – FEDERAL WAY, CA

On 3/29/17, at approximately 6:25 p.m., a suspect asked to see solitaire rings. During the presentation the suspect held one solitaire and the sales associate held another. The suspect reached over the counter and grabbed the second ring. He then fled from the store. The suspect was described as a Black male in his late 40’s. He is 5’10’ tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has a medium build, bald head, and scabs on his head. He also has cracked dry hands. He stated his first name was Michael.
