On 4/18/17, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a suspect approached a kiosk and asked to try on a chain. After he tried it on, and before he handed it back to the sales associate, he fled from the store. The suspect was described as a 23-year-old White male. He is 5’7†and weighs 150 pounds. He has a large black beard and a ponytail. He was last seen wearing a black and white baseball cap, black jacket, and dark jeans.
