GRAB AND RUN – SAN DIEGO, CA

On 7/31/17, at approximately 6:50 p.m., the suspect entered the store and inquired about the store’s closing time. The suspect returned at approximately 7:55 p.m., and began browsing the store. He eventually tried on a ½ carat ring and then returned it. Afterwards, he asked for a 1 carat ring. He then grabbed the ring and fled form the store. The suspect is described as an 18-year-old Black male. He is 5’6” tall and weighs 150 lbs. He has a thin build and dark curly hair. The suspect was also carrying a two tone grey backpack and an aqua colored iphone case.
