GRAB AND RUN – WOODBURN, OR

On 2/1/18, at approximately 5:17 p.m., a subject asked to see lady’s engagement rings. After examining one of the rings, he began walking out of the store and then started running. The subject was described as a White male in his 30’s. He is 6’0” and weighs 180 pounds. He has thin black hair with a 3” goatee. He also has tattoos on his hands.
