On the date listed above, this subject inquired about watch sets. After examining a watch, he took interest in gold chains. The sales associate presented the subject with the only gold set in the store. The subject felt a chain in his hand and talked about how light weight it felt. He then inquired about a curb chain and commented on how heavy it looked. The subject asked if he could feel the chain. The sales associate pulled it out and told the subject it was also light in weight. The associate placed the chain in the subjects hand. At that point the subject clenched his fist around the chain, said thank you, and fled from the store with two 14K yellow gold men’s chains.
The subject was described as a 28-year-old White male. He is 5’8″ and weighs 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing khakis with a tucked in white shirt and a black hoodie.
