On 2/26/18, at approximately 6:05 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and introduced himself as Miguel. He claimed he was getting engaged. The team leader assisted the subject and presented him with a ring. Once the ring was in the subject’s possession he requested to see another ring. The team leader did not allow the subject to have access to the second ring. However, the subject fled with the first ring. The subject was described as a Hispanic or Black male with a light skinned complexion. He is in his mid 30’s and is 5’7” tall. He is stocky, clean shaven and has short black� “jheri curled” hair. He was last seen wearing a short-sleeved button down blue plaid shirt with red or orange and jeans.
