GRAB AND RUN – ONTARIO, CA

On 9/12/18, at approximately 8:20 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about a high-end watch. The sales associate stated that they did not have any at that time. The subject then asked to see what was available. The associate attempted to stall the subject until she could get another associate involved, but everyone else was busy. The subject asked to see another watch. Once the associate finally gave the subject the watch, he fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his early twenties. He has a heavy build and is approximately 5’5” tall. He has short cropped black hair and was last seen wearing large earrings.
