Troy, NY – On December 20, 2018. at approximately 11:25 p.m., police from the Troy Police Department responded to a burglar alarm at a jewelry store.
As officers arrived on the scene, they observed 37-year-old Eric Golden walk out of the store. Gordon was arrested and charged with one count of third-degree felony burglary, one count of third-degree� felony grand larceny and one count of fourth-degree misdemeanor criminal mischief.
Police recovered jewelry valued at more than $12,000.
