On 3/12/19, a subject entered a retail jewelry store and said he was shopping for a birthday gift for his father. He stated he had “tax money.” He said he wanted to see bracelets. The subject looked at bracelets and pointed at the one he liked. When it was placed on the counter pad, he grabbed it and ran from the store. The subject was described as a Black male in his mid 20’s. He is 5’7” and weighs 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans and tennis shoes with a black hoodie.
