On 1/15/19, shortly before 6:00 p.m., a 69-year-old jewelry store worker was assaulted as she attempted to leave the rear of a jewelry store. Three subjects pushed her back inside. She was struck in the face and then had her hands zip-tied. The subjects proceeded to rob her of cash.
One of the robbers stayed outside of the store, while the other two pushed in the rear door, which knocked down a second victim; a 49-year-old man. The male victim was held at gunpoint. The robbers demanded the male victim to provide the jewelry store’s keycode so they could take merchandise from the jewelry store. Shortly thereafter, the power went out and the male victim pushed the robbers out of the door and then locked it. The subjects ultimately fled the scene without stealing anything from the store.
