East Lampeter Township police have issued arrest warrants for Danilo Enrique Carrasco-Velazquez, 56 and Patricia Andrea Rubio-Elgueta, 47. The two suspects and an unidentified man stole nearly $70,000 worth of jewelry from a department store last June. The suspects broke into a jewelry display case and removed 40 pieces of jewelry. The suspects have committed similar crimes throughout the country. Click here to see pictures of the suspects.
