On 7/17/20, just before 11:45 a.m., 25-year old Mazen Faraj attempted to rob a jewelry store at gunpoint. Upon entering the store, Faraj revealed a purple and silver handgun, while he demanded jewelry from an employee. The employee refused to give up the money and Faraj then fled the store on foot, but he remained inside the mall. Police found Faraj and took him into custody.
