On 5/5/21, at approximately 2:50 p.m., two male subjects entered a jewelry store and inquired about many different items. They had the team member take a number of different pieces in and out of the showcases. They said that they were interested in gold, but then at one point one said that he was also interested in purchasing a diamond piece for his wife. He said that her name was Jacqueline. As they were being shown different items, one of the subjects kept balling them up in his hand and she had to keep asking for the items back. When he finally settled on a piece, the team member took it to the register, and the man said that he had to go to his car to get his ID but he never returned. It was at this point that the team member got even more suspicious and checked the showcases and determined that the pieces were missing.
Additionally, there was a female that was with the other team member on the other side of the store at the same time, it is now suspected that the female was keeping the other team member occupied while the male subjects committed the theft. The first male subject is in his late 40’s to early 50’s. He is 6’0†and has a heavy build. The second male subject is also in his late 40’s to early 50’s. He has a heavy build. The female subject was described as black. She is also in her late 40’s to early 50’s. She also had a heavy build.
