On 5/14/21,� a male and female subject entered a jewelry store in Newark, DE at approximately 7:00 p.m., and asked to see several watches.� They ultimately selected two watches.� The female indicated that she had an account with the store.� She produced a New Jersey drivers license with a matching name as the account as well as the correct last 4 digits of the social security number.� The sales associate was able to process the transaction totaling $2,824.

On 5/26/21, the store was contacted by police in Chichester, PA investigating credit fraud and they identified the purchases of the watches as part of the fraud.� The officer indicated that the subjects were able to obtain the date of birth and the social security number and other pertinent information of his victim in order to open lines of credit in several retailers in the area. The female was described as having a light skinned complexion. She is possibly Hispanic or Black, 5’7″ and has a medium build with shoulder length brown hair. The male subject is Black, 5’8″, heavy set and has a beard.
