On 7/22/21, at approximately 7:40 p.m., a subject approached a kiosk and asked to see a chain.� After being displeased with the first chain, he asked to see another chain.� As soon as both chains were out and in the possession of the sales associate, the subject snatched them out of the associate’s hand and ran out of the mall.� The subject was described as an 18-year-old Black male. He is 5’10”, and approximately 137 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue sweats, a black hoodie, a beanie, slides, and white socks.
