On 9/9/21, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a black male subject entered a jewelry store and requested to see two men’s diamond rings. The team leader assisted him with the presentation of the rings. The subject requested to try both on at the same time. When the team leader informed him he could only allow him to have possession of one ring at a time. The subject fled with the ring. The subject is� 5’8″, dark-skinned, and approximately 160 lbs. He has a muscular build, tattoos, and he wore a white t-shirt and dark cargo pants.
