On 1/19/23, at approximately 5:10 p.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and asked the team member to look at wedding bands and gold necklaces.� He did not have a mask, and he was approximately 5’7″ and 170 lbs. He is believed to be between 23-27 years old. He is Hispanic with dark eyes and long curly hair that was in his face.� He said his name was Jose Perez, and he had tattoos on both of his forearms, which were all Chinese letters.

He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie that was baggy and dark crop pants.� He was in the store for about 30-40 minutes and tried on numerous pieces and liked a bracelet and wanted to compare a ring.� Another team member went over and asked if he wanted to open an account and he then ran out with the jewelry at approximately 5:55 pm.
