On May 5, 2016 41-year-old Humberto Herrera, was arrested in Homestead, FL. Herrera is accused of committing an armed robbery at a department store on May 3, 2016 in Homestead, FL.
According to Investigators Herrera approached a jewelry counter and told the sales associate he was looking for a gift for his wife.
At that point, Herrera raised up his shirt and revealed a firearm in his waistband.
He threatened the sales associate and then ordered the employee to put jewelry into a plastic bag.
