On 1/17/21, at approximately 5:40 p.m., two subjects entered a retail jewelry store and approached the sales associate. One of the subjects showed the associate a handgun and then handed them a pillowcase. He instructed them to fill up the pillowcase with diamond rings. The other subject rummaged through the diamond showcases and used a screwdriver to pry open two other showcases. He removed several more diamond rings as the associate put rings into the pillowcase. The subjects were described as two Black males. Both are approximately 5’10” and wore face masks. One wore a ballcap. If you have any information regarding these subjects, please email the Jewelers’ Security Alliance at jsa2@jewelerssecurity.org.
