BURGLARY – JOLIET, IL

On 8/4/17, at approximately 5:00 a.m., a suspect brandishing a hammer smashed his way into a jewelry store. The suspect only spent 30 seconds in the store before he fled with merchandise. The suspect appears to be in his mid 20’s. He was wearing a dark jacket, blue jeans, white shoes and gloves. He stole between $5,000 and $10,000 worth of chains.
