Wayne, NJ – On June 19, 2018, shortly after 11:00 a.m., 30-year-old Marc Niedle and 34-year-old Emily Lopazanski committed a gunpoint robbery.
Niedle� pointed a shotgun at the store’s owner and his son. During the robbery, a struggle ensued and the owners were assaulted with mace.
When police arrived on scene they found the owners struggling with Lopazanski. Lopazanski was arrested at the scene and Niedle was arrested several hours later at Newark Airport in New Jersey. Niedle had planned to take a flight to Fort Lauderdale, FL.
