On 6/9/17, at approximately 6:25 p.m., a couple was shopping for a bracelet for the female. The bracelet was paid for by the male with a fraudulent Visa credit card. The male suspect is a very light skinned Black male. He is approximately 6’0†tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has a full beard and was last seen wearing a light blue button down long sleeve dress shirt. He also wore blue jeans, a gold chain and sunglasses.
