On 9/21/23, at 11:27 a.m., two subjects entered a jewelry store and wanted to see bracelets.� As items were selected, the team member placed an element on the counter containing four bracelets.� At this point, the subjects pointed to merchandise at the opposite side of the case and when the team member turned her head, the first subject removed a bracelet with her left hand from the element and concealed it in her pocket.� The theft was not discovered until after the subjects left the store.�
Subject Descriptions:� Subject #1 �” Black female �” late 30’s, 5’3â€Â, 120 lbs.� She was last seen wearing a white cap, pink pants, a yellow top, and yellow shoes.� She also wore a light blue jacket.� Subject #2 �” Black male �” 30’s, 5’10â€Â, 160 lbs.� He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and ripped blue jeans and black and white tennis shoes.
