On 7/30/24, at 6:40 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store’s lease line and asked about solid chains. He was shown a few different chains when he asked to see the 24†yellow gold curb chain. The team member took the chain out of the case and locked the case. As she was showing him the piece, he kept insisting to feel the weight. The team member held half of the chain in her hands and let him feel the weight of the other half. The subject then ripped the chain from her hands and sprinted away from the store.
Subject Description: Black male – 6’1″ tall, 25 years old, 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black pants. He had sleeves of tattoos on his arms and his hair was dreadlocks pulled up in a ponytail.
