On 5/27/17, at approximately 10:30 a.m., a suspect asked if the Roberto Martinez chains were gold. The sales associate stated that they were not. The suspect then asked to compare chains. At that point, the suspect said, “I am not going to pay for these.†He then left the kiosk. The suspect was described as a 40-year-old Black male. He is 6’0†tall and was last seen wearing a white shirt and white cap.
