GRAB AND RUN – COLUMBIA, MD

On 9/25/18, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about rings. He also filled out paperwork for the leasing program. The subject proceeded to hand over his identification. After his credit approval was denied, he grabbed the ring and fled from the store. The subject was described as a 5’7” Black male with a medium build. He has dreadlocks and a patchy beard. He was last seen wearing a neon/green reflective jacket, dirty tan khaki pants, and a red shirt.
