GRAB AND RUN – COLUMBIA, SC

On 10/4/19, at approximately 11:30 a.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and began looking at watches. After the sales associate handed the male the watch, the male secured it on his wrist. Once the watch was secured, the male walked out of the store and then started running. The subject was described as a Black male in his mid 30’s.
