On 8/9/17, at approximately 1:10 p.m., a suspect asked to look at gold chains. He was shown one gold chain and then another. The suspect asked for help trying on the chain. After he tried on the chain he removed it and gave it back to the sales associate. He then asked to see it one more time; he was handed the chain. At that point, the suspect looked to the left and to the right before fleeing the store. He was described as a 25-year-old Black male. He is 5’6″ and has a “Kiss” tattoo on his neck. He also has facial hair and was last seen wearing a black sweater with tan pants and an Iowa Hawkeyes hat.
