On 6/27/19, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a female subject entered a jewelry store with a male companion. Unbeknownst to store employees, the female subject grabbed a chain and placed it in her pocket before walking out of the store. The female subject is White and has a slender build. She has short dark hair and green eyes. She also had a tattoo on the left side of her chest and on her left forearm.
