GRAB AND RUN – HAYWARD, CA

On 7/25/19, at approximately 3:00 p.m., sales associate presented a men’s ring to a male subject. A female accomplice was sitting down waiting for the mail near the entrance. The male subject tried on the ring and began walking toward his accomplice. He asked her if she liked the ring. At that point, the subjects fled from the store. The male subject was described as Black and in his late 30’s. The female is black and in her early 30’s.� Both subjects had dark hair and dark eyes. The male subject was last seen wearing red basketball shorts. The female was last seen wearing a dark blue denim jump suit and a dress.
