GRAB AND RUN – MANCHESTER, CT

On 8/5/19, at approximately 12:10 p.m., a male subject approached a kiosk and requested to look at men’s diamond rings. The sales associate presented the subject with a ring. While the subject was in possession of the ring, he requested to look at a second ring. The sales associate removed the second ring and presented it to the subject. Once the subject had possession of both rings, he fled from the store. The subject was described as a Black male with a medium build. He is 5’10” and has a beard.
