GRAB AND RUN – PHOENIX, AZ

On 7/13/17, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a suspect said he was in the store a few days prior and looked at items. He then said he wanted to see the chain examined before. He put it on and then fled from the mall. He was described as a Hispanic male in his late 20’s to early 30’s. He is approximately 5’9” and weighs 160 lbs. He has short hair and light skin. He also has tattoos on his forearms which looked like circular symbols and were dark and heavy in appearance. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap with a NY logo, a red polo shirt and a white t-shirt underneath.
