On the date listed above, at approximately 1:20 p.m., the suspect featured above asked to see watches. She stated her name was Billy Jean. She said she was looking for a watch for her grandmother. After a watch was presented to her, she grabbed it and fled from the store.
The woman was described as Native American and in her 30’s. She is 5’6″ and weighs 150 lbs. She has long black greasy hair and an “M” tattoo on the left side of her neck.
