Meridan Police have arrested Marcus Coats in connection with a grab and run theft on April 27, 2016.
Coats entered a downtown retail jewelry store in the afternoon and asked to try on some jewelry. Once he tried on the jewelry, he ran out of the store with it. The Police had three shoplifting warrants for Coats.
He turned himself in at the Meridan Police Department on April 30, 2016.
