On 5/20/17, at approximately 4:20 p.m., a suspect looked at three different chains. When he was shown the fourth chain, he turned and fled from the store. The suspect escaped into a vehicle driven by a Black woman. The suspect is a 26-year-old Black male. He was last seen wearing red basketball shorts and a red t-shirt with white lettering. He also wore sunglasses. The suspect and his accomplice were in a vehicle with the following VA license plate: VMU-5242.
