GRAB & RUN – HOBBS, NM

On 7/23/2021, a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see a Cuban chain in particular. The team member showed him the selected chain, and the subject put it on. Once the chain was on his neck, he fled from the store with the item. The subject was described as tall with a� medium build. He has blonde dyed hair shaved on the side. He was last seen wearing a white button-up shirt with a red and white tie, grey slacks, and shoes.
