On 11/7/21, at approximately 1:30 p.m., a subject entered a retail jewelry store and wanted to see chains. He had a large cross pendant of his own.� The subject was shown one chain he claimed was too long.� He was then shown a medium-length chain along with another shorter chain and pendant.� When he had both items, he ran from the location after pretending that he wanted to look in a mirror. The subject was described as a Black male in his 30’s. He is 5’8″ and weighs 120 lbs.� He was last seen wearing a bucket hat and white t-shirt with a design on the front.� He also wore skinny blue jeans with holes in them.� He had medium-length dreadlocks that were yellow and he had gold teeth.
