On 10/28/20, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and asked to see a gold chain. A sales associate showed him a gold chain and returned it to the showcase. The subject then moved over to the diamond showcase where he asked to see a diamond ring. The sales associate asked if he planned to get engaged and the subject said yes. The sales associate removed the 3.28 carat diamond ring and handed it to the subject who then asked to compare it to the 1.95 carat diamond ring. The sales associate removed the second ring from the showcase and the subject grabbed the ring and fled with both. He was seen getting into a white, newer model 4 door, Kia or Ford car.

The subject is a Black male with a medium complexion. He is 6’0” tall and has an average build. He weighs 220 lbs. and is approximately 27 years old. He has short small braids in his hair, he may have had a tattoo on his left cheek just below where the mask was covering. He was wearing a black mask, black button down shirt over a lighter colored shirt, black pants and red shoes.
