On 10/21/19, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a male subject entered a jewelry store and stated he was interested in seeing gold bracelets. The subject stated he was from the Miami area and he was interested in applying for credit, but he would have to ask his girlfriend to bring his ID into the store.
The subject asked to see a gold men’s bracelet valued at $8,000. He asked to try it on so he could show it to someone on a video call to get their opinion. Once the sales associate draped the bracelet over the subject’s wrist, he grabbed it and ran from the store.
The subject was described as a 23-year-old Black male. He is 5’6†and weighs 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a dark blue Polo Jumpsuit with a red stripe on the arms. He also has all gold teeth.
