On the date listed above, at approximately 12:20 p.m., a male subject requested to look at gold chains. The subject left the store after inquiring about prices. He returned to the store 15 minutes later and requested to see the gold chains again. The subject requested to try on the chain. After putting on the chain, the subject fled from the store. While he was looking at the chains he was on his phone and using Facetime, with a female. He has a beard and was last seen wearing a black shirt and tan jeans. He also has tattoos with red and black lettering on his right forearm. The subject is a 23-year-old Black male. He has a thin build and is 6″0′ tall.
