On 3/9/20, at approximately 6:55 p.m., a subject entered a jewelry store and inquired about diamond engagement rings for his girlfriend. The sales associate assisted the subject for about 30 minutes. The subject said he would be paying in cash. He requested to see a bridal set. Once it was removed from the showcase, he grabbed it and fled from the store. The subject was limping and running slowly as he left the store.

The subject was described as Black. He is 5’9″ and has a medium build. He weighs 170 pounds and is approximately 50-years-old. He has dark brown hair and a mole on the right side of his face. He also has a goatee and rough hands, as if he had done manual labor. He was last seen wearing silver wire framed glasses.
