On 4/20/20, 57-year-old Kevin White was arrested by federal agents and local law enforcement in Las Vegas, NV. On 9/28/19, a man later identified as White, allegedly entered a jewelry store in St. George, UT wearing a black jacket with “FBI” on the back. He had a metal FBI badge on a lanyard around his neck. He also carried handcuffs, a handheld radio, a black portfolio and a handgun in a holster on his hip.

White displayed several images of what he claimed were wanted fugitives. He asked the employees if they had recognized any of them. The employees told him they did not. At that point, White began to leave, but he turned back and inquired about jewelry in display cases. Two employees showed him several pieces. White told the employees to get behind the counter. White also said “if you hit the button I’ll kill you.” He was referring to the store’s silent alarm button. Click here to find out what happened next and learn how White was eventually arrested.
